The former Fuji Xerox Tower is being redeveloped into residences, serviced apartments, offices and retail space. All tenanted units at Fuji Xerox Towers have been vacated as at 1 July 2021 and the Group is in the midst of decommissioning the building in preparation for redevelopment works.
